The Long Table is reserved by booking and built around your event. We can seat up to 50 guests indoors, with 89 available for a full restaurant buyout when your party grows. Private dining in Santa Rosa at Capriciano starts with your date and your guest list. For the most private evening, the whole restaurant can be reserved as a full buyout. For a smaller group, email or call us and we’ll talk through the date, the wine and any dietary needs before you arrive. Dinner is served six nights a week from 5 PM, and we are closed on Tuesdays, so plan around those nights.

Yes. Capriciano can be reserved as a full restaurant buyout, the most private way to host a large celebration, a rehearsal dinner or a company evening. How do we plan private dining in Santa Rosa with Capriciano?

Start with the basics: the date, an approximate guest count, the occasion and any dietary needs in your group. Send them to hi@capriciano.com or call (707) 800-7904. We recommend reserving ahead for any party of four or more, and for weekends and special occasions. The earlier you reach out, the more dates we can offer you.

Can you accommodate dietary needs for a group?

Gluten-free and vegan pasta are available on request. Share your guests’ allergies and dietary needs when you plan the dinner, and remind your server on the night. Our kitchen and fryers are shared, so we can’t guarantee that any dish is allergen-free; our Allergen & Dietary Notice explains more. For a group, knowing ahead of time helps us plan the evening around everyone at the table.

Can we bring our own wine?

Yes. Corkage is $25 per bottle, with a maximum of three bottles, and we waive the fee for each bottle purchased from our list. Please bring wines that are not already on our list. Our own list runs from Sicily, Piedmont and Tuscany to Sonoma County and Napa Valley, with sparkling wine for a toast and Italian dessert wines to close the evening.
