Lunch at Capriciano Osteria
Our lunch menu in Santa Rosa is built for the middle of the day — a little lighter, a little quicker, but never rushed. We serve lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, a few steps from Old Courthouse Square.The heart of the Italian lunch menu is our panini, pressed on warm ciabatta and house-made focaccia: chicken pesto with mozzarella and arugula, Italian salami with sautéed mushrooms and provolone, and prosciutto di caprese with burrata and heirloom tomato. Each comes with fries or a simple green salad.Everything else from our kitchen is here too. Antipasti to share — oysters on the half shell, calamari fritti, Mamma Eleni’s meatballs. Salads built on baby arugula, beetroot and burrata. Pizza blistered in the wood-fired oven, and handmade pasta rolled fresh each morning: ravioli al limone, spaghetti with clams and shrimp, lasagna layered with Bolognese and béchamel. Vegan and gluten-free pasta are available on request.Pair it with a glass of Italian or Sonoma wine, an aperitivo on the terrace, or an espresso to finish.
